Love Finds a Way specialise in Weddings and all events including, Engagements, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Hens & Baby Showers.
We are a family owned business, proud in being professional, trustworthy and reliable. LFAW established 14th February 2022 and have already had the privilege of being a part of over 60 Weddings.
We are here to help make your celebration special and magical.

Conditions
LFAW requests that with any item being hired that the following be provided by email to lovefindsaway@outlook.com.au:
A copy of current driver’s licence, a contact number, and confirmation you accept the T&C's.
Without these details LFAW has the right to refuse hire of our goods.
A security bond applies to all hires; the amount will be determined based on the item/s being hired.
The security bond will be repaid once items have been returned by agreed date & time and in same condition they were hired
We are flexible on our pick up and return dates, but if an extended period is requested, we may charge an extended fee depending on the item/s.
Please be aware of the due date for deposits to secure your booking. In the event where a deposit has not been paid by the due date and another customer has requested the same item and weekend, we will make contact to the first customer and allow 24 hours to reply and pay, otherwise that booking is no longer secured.
This does not apply to next day bookings.
We care about your safety, and some of our items have a rustic, wooden finish, in which we will offer a new pair of gloves, handle at your own risk. This applies to glass and we ask that you please handle with care.
Refund Policy;
In the event LFAW cancels due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.
**For all events where delivery and set up has been booked, we will endeavour to find a replacement event business who will use our items and set up on our behalf.
Customer Cancellations;
Any bookings that are cancelled, will forfeit the deposit paid in which secured the date.
Any bookings that are cancelled within a 2 to 12 week period of the event date (pick up date applies) stated on your invoice, you will forfeit 50% of the fees paid as well as the deposit paid to secure the date.
All bookings cancelled 0-2 weeks before your event date (pick up date applies) is Non-Refundable.
Where LFAW has had to purchase items to fulfill your booking, such as flowers for custom arrangements, or additional chairs etc, this cost will be a further deduction from the amount returned based on the time frame applicable to a cancellation
